Personnel and Payroll

Payroll:

• Preparation of company’s payroll
• Calculation of salaries and wages due for the period of sickness and social insurance benefits payable by the employer, maintenance of benefits’ documentation, remuneration due for overtime, night shifts, holiday leaves, cash equivalents and severance pay due under legal regulations
• Preparation of monthly declarations and wire transfers of taxes (PIT4R, PIT8A) as well as Social Insurance Institution [ZUS] contributions payable for a given period,
• Preparation of Social Insurance Institution [ZUS] declarations (DRA, RCA, RZA, RSA),
• Preparation of annual personal income tax declarations (PIT 4R, PIT8AR, PIT11),
• Sending documents to the Social Insurance Institution [ZUS] and Tax Offices in electronic form,
• Preparation and sending of PFRON [State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled People] declarations in electronic form,
• Dealing with Tax Office and Social Insurance Institution [ZUS] inspections,
• Preparation of remuneration certificates,
• Registration of company and employees at the Social Insurance Institution [ZUS],
• Preparation of pay slips and information on remitted contributions to the Social Insurance Institution [ZUS] for employees
• Preparation of information for Social Insurance Institution [ZUS] (ZUS IWA)
• Preparation of reports dedicated specifically for insured persons (RMUA)

Personnel:

• Preparation of documentation related to establishment and termination of employment relationship. Monitoring dates of employment contracts. Administration of employment of persons under civil law agreements.
• Registration of employees / employers for the purposes of Social Insurance Institution [ZUS]
• Maintenance of employee personnel files,
• Monitoring validity dates of contracts, medical examinations, Occupational Health and Safety trainings, preparation of referrals for introductory and periodic medical examinations,
• Calculation and monitoring of annual holiday leave to which employees are entitled,
• Preparation of employment certificates,
• Activities related to secondment of employees and employment of foreigners i.e.:
  • Preparation of documentation for the Social Insurance Institution [ZUS] for the purposes of issuing A1 certificate
  • Preparation of documentation for the Tax Office for the purposes of issuing CFR-1 certificate
  • Preparation of documentation for the National Healthcare Fund [NFZ] for the purposes of issuing EHIC card
  • Preparation of documentation for the Local Labor Office for the purposes of issuing certificate on entrusting foreigners with work
  • Preparation of documentation required for any type of work permit for single person in the case where no starosta information is required
  • Application for the assignment of PESEL identification number for a foreigner - employee
  • Preparation of payroll for employees on secondment in accordance with generally applicable rules
  • Calculation of social insurance contributions on the basis of regulations on employees on secondment as well as Polish tax on the basis of double taxation treaties with other countries
• Registration of a foreign entrepreneur as the payer of Social Insurance Institution contributions
  • Registration of a foreign employer at the Social Insurance Institution and Tax Office in order to obtain NIP number,
  • Registration on behalf of employer of a foreign employee at the Social Insurance Institution.
  • Calculation of social insurance contributions with respect to employment or civil law agreements
  • Remitting insurance contributions to relevant offices

Additionally:

• We represent the company before Tax Offices, Social Insurance Institution, Statistical Office
• We provide assistance during inspections conducted by Chief Labor Inspectorate and Social Insurance Institution. We provide the officials with the required documentation and handle the post-inspection issues.
